Tournaman is a program designed to tabulate debates in the British Parliamentary Style. It is designed for easy use and small installation and follows the rules set by the Worlds Universities Debating Council (WUDC). However, it also gives users the option to use alternative pairing methods if they feel the WUDC rules are not appropriate.
